Angola Business Visa

1.  Passport:

1. a) Please bring your original passport with a minimum of 9 month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

b). bring all Copies of previous passports and visas issued. If you any have.

c). if any old passport. Attach all your old passports. The applicants have to provide a photocopy of their passports with the first & last page.

2.  Visa Application Form:

the application form should be filled up in a block letter with accurate information, printed, and signed by the applicant. To download the form.

3. Photo:

1. Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.

3.60-80% faces white background, and without frame (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas.

4. Covering-Letter:

The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses addressed to –Embassy of Angola, New Delhi, India. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line

5. Proof of Occupation

1. a) A letter from the office such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, etc. Addressing “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Angola, New Delhi, India.”.
2. b) Office ID card copy/ Visiting card (3 copies)

1. c) Trade license / Incorporation Certificate & Memorandum (for business person)

6. Invitation Letter:

the invitation letter composed in the Portuguese language on the company’s letterhead. The letter was addressed to the Embassy of Angola, New Delhi. The letter should be the signatory’s name, designation, and company stamp—an Invitation letter composed and clearly stating the purpose of travel. and duration

The inviter ID card also needed to provide.

7. Inviter Company’s DAR:

The latest and clear Copy of the tax document paid by the Angolan company .its known as (DAR – Documento de Arrecadacao de Recites- Document about the collection of revenues).

8. Financials:

The genuine copy of the bank statement for the last six months mentions the bank name, telephone number, and authorized seal and signature. (e-statement is not acceptable) if the employer sponsors the trip by the employer, the employer’s bank statement for the last six months and telephone number should mention clearly. the genuine copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement for last 6 months.

9. Ticket:

a) Ticket Itinerary as per travel date.

10. Hotel Reservation:

Hotel booking as per travel date

11. Additional Requirements:

covid vaccination card u have to carry on with you .
