Benin Tourist Visa

1. Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months further than the intended travel date and at least two blank pages for visa processing is needed.

All of your prior passports and visa copy sheets should be included.

2. Visa Application Form: Use block letters and black ink exclusively to fill out the Visa Application Form with all needed details.
3. Photographs: two current passport-size photos,

Photographs with a matte or semi-matt look should have a white backdrop, no border, and 60-80% facial coverage (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Cover Letter : A cover letter from the applicant detailing his or her name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be paying for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenditures. Addressed to: Benin Embassy, New Delhi, Visa Officer In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.
5. Trip Details: Itinerary for each day of the trip or a tour voucher from a licensed travel operator.
6. Occupation Proof:

A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, indicating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and other information. “Visa Consular, Benin Embassy, India” is the address.

If you’re inner or a company owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum.

7. Financials: Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

Company ’s bank Statements for the last 6 months, explicitly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if self-employed/businessman)

8. Confirm your return ticket with the airline.
9. Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.
