Passport (Original)having a validity of at least six months beyond the anticipated travel date and at least two blank pages for visa Processing.

All of your prior passports should be included.

Visa Application Form: One completed and signed visa application form. To obtain a visa application, please go here.

Photo: Three passport-size photos taken recently.

Photographs should have a white backdrop, no border, and 60-80% face coverage with a matt or semi matt surface (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Covering-Letter: A letter from the applicant detailing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be paying for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. The Visa Officer, Cambodian Embassy, New Delhi should get the letter. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

Travel Information: A day-by-day trip itinerary or a tour voucher from a licensed tour operator.

Occupation Proof:

Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Cambodian Embassy in New Delhi.

If you’re self-employed or a business owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum.

Copy of office ID card/card Visitor’s (3 copies)

Financials: Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

Company Bank Statement for the previous six months, explicitly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if self-employed/businessman).

Return plane ticket itinerary based on your trip dates.

Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.
