Chile Business Visa

1) Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the intended travel date and at least 2 blank pages for visa stamping is required.

1. a) Make a list of all of your prior passports.

2) Photographs Two current passport-size photos,

1. Matte or semi-matte finish
2. Photographs must have a white backdrop and no border.
3. 60-80% covering on the face (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

3) Itinerary a. Round-trip airline tickets/reservation copy

1. Itinerary for day-to-day trips/travel voucher
2. Hotel reservations

4) Financials: a. An original copy of a bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

1. Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number. (If the travel is paid for by the company)

5) Proof of occupation: a. A forwarding letter issued by your organization and fully signed by the appropriate authorities.

1. Certificate of incorporation/trade license. c) An applicant’s visiting card

6) Ticket: a. Ticket Itinerary for the duration of your trip.

7) Hotel Reservation: a. Make a hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.

8) Police clearance: a. A valid police clearance certificate obtained within the past six months is required.
