- Business Visa Requirement
1) Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months far beyond planned travel date and at least two empty pages for visa stamping is required.
- Make a list of all of your prior passports.
2) Visa Application Form: One completed and signed visa application form.
3) Photographs: two current passport-size photos
- Matte or semi-matte finish
- Photographs must have a white backdrop and no border.
- 60-80% covering on the face (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).
4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the applicant detailing his or her name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. The visa officer, Cuban Embassy in New Delhi, should get the letter. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.
5) Invitation Letter: A letter from the host / inviting company in Cuba, on its letterhead, explanation of the purpose for travel & length of stay, and officially signed with the signatory’s name, designation, and seal.
- A copy of the inviter’s passport or residence ID card (if possible)
6) Proof of Occupation: a. A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and so on. Addressing this letter to the Visa Officer at the Cuban Embassy in New Delhi.
If self-employed/businessman, b. Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum
- Copies of the office ID card and the visitor’s card (3 copies)
7) Financials: a. An original copy of a bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)
- Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number. (If the travel is paid for by the company)
8) Ticket: Itinerary for your ticket based on your trip dates.
9) Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.
