Estonia Business Visa

This is a basic visa paperwork checklist based on the assigned embassy/visa office. You can add extra supporting papers dependent on your nature and purpose of travel/visa category to increase your chances of getting a visa. So-Way Tours & Travels offers a Consultancy Service, in which we ensure that you have all of the essential documentation for a thorough visa application.

1) Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the planned departure date and at least two empty pages for visa stamping is required.

1. A copy of any prior passports or visas that have been issued.
2. Include all of your previous passports (if any).
3. If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferred.

2) Estonia Visa Application Form: The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

3) Photo requirements: two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

1. Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any prior visas.

4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the whole trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Estonian Embassy in Dhaka.

5) Invitation Letter: A letter from the inviting firm or group outlining the journey’s objective (meetings, conferences, training or business related events).

6) Forwarding-Letter: a. On the firm’s letterhead, a forwarding letter/NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.

7) Proof of Occupation: a. If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

1. Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.

8) Financials: a. Company or personal bank statement within the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.

1. Pay stub for the previous six months. (If applicable)

9) Ticket: Itinerary for the ticket according to the trip date

10. Hotel Reservation: Confirmation of Hotel Reservation.
