Germany Business Visa

1. Passport:

Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity with a validity period of six months beyond the intended departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
a. Copies of previous passports and visas.
b. Include all of your previous passports (if any).
c. If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by the authorities of that country is preferred.

2. Germany Visa Application Form:

Visa application form must be filled with the required information in black color ink. Colorful ink such as blue or red will not be accepted.

3. Photo Specification: 

Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas.

4. Covering-Letter: 

Covering letter from the applicant outlining the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire expense of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, German Embassy in Dhaka.

5. Invitation Letter:

6. Forwarding-Letter:

Letters from the Applicant, including the Applicant’s Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose, travel, accommodation, expenses. The Applicant’s company authority Forwarding Letter / NOC from on the company’s letterhead stating the duration of the visit.

b. if you are a student Visa request letter will be needed from the educational institute student card/evidence of school enrollment (if student)

7. Proof of Occupation:

a) If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration original certificate, It is necessary to have a notarized English translation and a photocopy of the original.
b) Copies of the office ID card and visiting cards
