Ghana Tourist Visa

1. Passport:

   a) Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.
   b). bring all Copies of previous passports and visas issued. If you any have.
   c). if any old passport. Attach all your old passports. The applicants have to provide a photocopy of their passports with the first & last page.
   d) If a visa request is denied the original letter issued by the authorities of that country should be provided.

   four recent passport-sized photos,

   Photographs should have a matt or semi-matt finish, a white background, no border, and 60-80 percent face coverage (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Covering-Letter:

Cover letter from the applicant, including name, passport number, designation, purpose, and a description of who will be in charge of the entire cost of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on—addressed to The Visa Officer, Ghana High Commission, New Delhi, India. The subject line must include the Visa Category.

5.Letter of Invitation:
The business organization provides the invitation letter. The organization confirms the purpose of the trip and the duration. Travel should be explicitly mentioned.
The inviter ID card also needed to provide.
original letter sent to inviter by courier .its mentioning that host will ensure that the visitor will fully comply with Ghana ,scanned or email invitation letter is not acceptable

• A copy of your proof of reference in Ghana, including your phone number and address. (A minimum of two references are required for online applications.)

6. Occupation Proof:
   Letter of No Objection/Leave: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, the purpose of visit, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and so on. Addressed to “Visa Officer, Ghana High Commission, New Delhi, India.”
   Trade license/incorporation certificate/memorandum (if self-employed/businessman)
   Copies of office ID cards/visiting cards (3 copies)

7. Financials:

•  The genuine copy of the bank statement for the last six months mentions the bank name, telephone number, and authorized seal and signature. (e-statement is not acceptable) if the employer sponsors the trip by the employer, the employer’s bank statement for the last six months and telephone number should mention clearly. the genuine copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement for last 6 months.

8. Ticket:

   Itinerary for your tickets based on your travel dates

   Reservation of a Hotel:

   Hotel reservations are based on your travel dates.

   Vaccination for Yellow Fever:

   Yellow fever vaccination certificate/card in original condition

9. Clearance from the police:

   Police clearance certificates are required for BANGLADESH nationals.
