- Business Visa Requirement
1. Passport: An original passport valid for at least six months after the intended has at least two blank pages and the departure date for visa stamping. Please include all of your previous passports (if any)
2. Application Form: A visa application form must be completed. To obtain a Visa Application Form, click here.
3. Photograph: Two recent passport-sized photos,
Photographs should have a matt or semi-matt finish, a white background, no border,60-80% faces white background, and without frame (Size: 35mm x 45mm).Â
4. Letter of Invitation:The business organization provides the invitation letter. The organization confirms the purpose of the trip and the duration. Travel should be explicitly mentioned.The inviter ID card also needed to provideA letter of invitation from the host/inviting company in Guinea stating the purpose.Â5. Letter to be Forwarded:A letter from the employer, such as a NOC/LOI, on the organization’s letterhead pad, stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and so on. It is addressed to The Visa Officer, Guinean Embassy, New Delhi, India.6. Finances:ÂOriginal bank statement (salary) or personal bank statement for the previous 6 months mentioning the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)Â7. Hotel Reservations:ÂA copy of the confirmation of a hotel/resort booking in Guinea as a reference of the accommodation arranged for the intended days of stay.Â8. Itinerary of Ticket Purchases:ÂA copy of the round-trip airline ticket reservation based on the travel date.
