Hungary Tourist Visa

 

Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

a. Copies of previous passports and visas.

b. Include all of your previous passports (if any).

c. If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by the authorities of that country is preferred.

 

A visa application form must be completed and signed by the applicant.

 

Two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face coverage, a white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please remember that photographs should not be older than three months, should be scanned/stapled, and should not have been used in any previous visas.

 

 

Cover letter from the applicant outlining the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire cost of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on.

 

Addressed to: The Visa Officer, German Embassy in Dhaka.

 

 

a. A letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name,  passport number, designation,  duration, and purpose, of the visit.

b. Letter of request for a visa from the educational institute or student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

 

 

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, he or she must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

b) Copies of the office ID card and visiting cards

 

a) Company or personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number.

b) Salary slip for the previous six months (If applicable)
