Passport: bring a genuine passport valid for at least six months after the intended as at least two blank pages and the departure date for visa stamping.
a) Copies of previous passports and visas.
b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).
India Visa Application Form: The applicant must fill out and sign a visa application form online.
Photo Specification: two recent passport-size white-background photographs and no borders (size: 2″x 2″) are required.
Please keep in mind that photographs should not be older than three months, should be scanned/stapled, and old pictures should not have been used in any way for previous visas.
If you need a business visa, you will need an invitation letter.
Forwarding-Letter:
a) A letter or NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
b) A visa request letter from the educational institute or a student card/proof of enrollment in school (if student)
Proof of Occupation:
If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, they must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

Financials: A company’s or an individual’s bank statement for the last six months that clearly mentions the bank’s name and telephone number.
NID copy
a copy of an electric bill as proof of ownership residency.
