Passport:
Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face coverage, a white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)Please remember that photographs should not be older than three months, should be scanned/stapled, and should not have been used in any way in previous visas.Covering-Letter:Cover letter from the applicant outlining the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire expenses of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on.Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Japanese Embassy, DhakaInvitation Letter:

a) A letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, passport, contact number, designation purpose, and duration of the visit.

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, they must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
