Kazakhstan Business Visa Requirement

  1. A copy of an invitation letter from a company in Kazakhstan is required if you apply for a multiple visas for up to one year (same for double and triple entry visas). The inviting company in Kazakhstan must submit the letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Department of Consular Services. The Department of Consular Services will issue a reference number to the hosting business, which you must submit with other documentation to the Consular Section. A cover letter from the applicant’s firm should also be sent, briefly explaining the aim of the visit and providing some information about the company or organization.


  1. An application for a visa that has been completed (one per person). If you don’t fill out all of the fields, your application may be rejected.


  1. A valid passport (photocopies will not be allowed) with at least one blank page for a visa application. Your passport should be minimum 6 months validity longer than the sought visa’s duration.


  1. One passport-size photo of the applicant, affixed to the upper right-hand corner of the application form in the designated spot.
