- Business Visa Requirement
The following are the documents needed to obtain a Macedonian visa: (For classes A, B, and C visas)
- Completed visa application, neatly and legibly. To get the Application Form
- A valid and recognized travel document (passport) that is valid for at least three months longer than the foreigner’s anticipated stay in Macedonia;
- 2 current color photograph of the applicant on a white background that accurately depicts his or her look (3, 5 x 4, 5 cm);
- Travel insurance documents (individual or group) (coverage provided by an insurance firm in the country of residency);
- Documents describing the purpose and circumstances of the anticipated stay in Macedonia (the letter of guarantee from a natural person, as opposed to the invitation from a legal body, must be certified by a notary public);
- Documents demonstrating that the applicant has sufficient means of subsistence for the duration of their stay in the Republic of Macedonia and for his or her return to the country of origin or for travel to a third country, or documents demonstrating that the applicant is able to obtain such means in a legal manner (possesses ready financial resources in a domestic or foreign convertible currency, possesses a valid non-cash payment method (credit cards, traveler’s checks, etc. ), or documents demonstrating
- Travel Itinerary, i.e. aircraft ticket reservations
IMPORTANT:
- Any foreign national with a valid national passport and a uniform form of valid multiple-entry Schengen visa type C (valid for all Schengen member countries), valid U.K. visa, valid USA visa, or valid Canadian visa with a validity period of at least five days after the planned stay in the Republic of Macedonia does not require a Macedonian visa, but may stay for up to 15 days, while the total duration of subsequent stays in the Republic of Macedonia must not exceed 15 days.
- Any foreign national with a valid travel document from a third country which is required to get a visa for entry into the Republic of Macedonia may enter the Republic of Macedonia’s territory without obtaining a Macedonian visa if the foreigner has a permanent residence in an EU or Schengen member state.
