- Business Visa Requirement
- Passport:
An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the anticipated travel date and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping is required.
- All of your prior passports should be included.
- Application for a Visa:
- Two completed and signed visa application forms.
- Photograph:
- three passport-size photos taken recently,
- Matte or semi-matte finish
- Photographs must have a white backdrop and no border.
- 60-80% covering on the face (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).
- Covering-Letter:
A letter from the applicant detailing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be paying for the entire cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. The Visa Officer, Embassy of Madagascar, New Delhi should get the letter. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.
- Invitation Letter:
An invitation letter on the letterhead of the host / inviting company in Madagascar, indicating the purpose of travel and length of stay, and duly signed with the signatory’s name, designation, and seal.
- Visa Request Letter:
A letter from a corporation requesting a business visa with one or more entries, as well as describing the purpose of the applicant’s visit.
- Proof of Occupation:
- Letter of Forwarding: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, indicating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of travel, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Madagascar’s Embassy in New Delhi.
- If you’re self-employed or a business owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum.
- Copy of office ID card/card Visitor’s (3 copies)
- Copy of the last two years’ ITR.
- Financials:
Original copy of bank statement (salary) or personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)
Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number. (If the travel is paid for by the company)
- Itinerary:
One copy of the applicant’s round-trip airline ticket with E-Ticket No (Mandatory).
- Hotel Reservations:
Make hotel reservations according to your travel dates.
