Namibia Business Visa

1. Original passport with a minimum six-month validity and at least two blank pages for visa stamping. 

• A photocopy of each passport’s front and rear pages, as well as copies of any previous Namibian visas.

3. Two recent passport-size images with a matt or semi-matt texture, 60-80% facial coverage, a white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
4. A letter from the applicant on business letterhead stating his or her name, title, passport number, destination, and duration of visit in a succinct manner. The letter should be sent to “The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Republic of Namibia, New Delhi” and signed by an authorized signatory with a company stamp.
5. Original bank statement for the previous six months.
6. A hotel reservation for the duration of your stay in Namibia.
7. Itinerary for day-to-day travel.
8. A copy of the return ticket must be included.
9. Only if the journey to Namibia includes passing through Yellow Fever Zones in Africa, South America, or Central America, do you need a Yellow Fever Inoculation Certificate.
10. Marriage certificates must be submitted as proof of relationship in the case of spouses joining family.

A business invitation letter from a Namibian company, institution, or agency is required for applicants traveling to Namibia for business, as well as a letter from a local company detailing the applicant’s position within the company, the intention of the visit, the length of stay, and an assurance that the company will cover all expenses related to his or her visit.
