Visa requirements for Business

  1. Passport: 

Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

  1. A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
  2. Attach all of your prior passports.

 

  1. Visa Application Form: 

Four copies of the Visa Application Form in block letters, typed or handwritten. To get started, click here.

 

  1. Photographs: 

Four recent passport-size photos

  1. Matte or semi-matte finish
  2. Photographs must have a white backdrop and no border.
  3. 60-80% covering on the face (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).
  4. Covering-Letter: 

A letter from the applicant describing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. To: The Visa Officer, Peru Embassy, New Delhi, India. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

 

  1. Invitation Letter: 

An invitation letter from the inviting organization, addressed to “Visa Consular, Embassy of Peru, New Delhi, India,” confirms the purpose and duration of the visit. The date of travel should be specified.

  1. Occupation Proof:

Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. Addressing the “Visa Officer, Peruvian Embassy in New Delhi, India.”

 

  1. If you’re self-employed or a business owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, and a memorandum.

 

  1. Copies of office ID cards/visiting cards (3 copies).
  2. Financials: 
  3. Original copy of bank statement (salary) and personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
  4. Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if the trip is sponsored by the employer).

 

  1. Ticket: 

Confirmation of your air ticket booking for your travel date.

  1. Hotel Reservation: 

Confirmation of your hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.

 

  1. Police clearance: 

Bangladeshi nationals must have a police clearance certificate.
