Visa requirements for business
- Passport:
Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
- a) A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
- b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).
- c) If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferable.
- Visa Application Form for Qatar:Â
The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

- Photo requirements:Â
Two recent passport-sized photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.
- Covering-Letter:Â
A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Qatari Embassy in Dhaka.
- Letter of Invitation:Â

- Forwarding-Letter:Â
- On the applicant’s company letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, reason, and duration of visit.
- A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

- Occupation Proof:
If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor,Â
- Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
- Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.
- Financials:Â
- Company or personal bank statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.
- Pay slip for the previous six months. (If applicable)

The Qatari Embassy does not provide visas through their office. Bangladeshi nationals also can apply for a tourist visa through the Hukoomi website, which has a list of permitted hotels. Alternatively, a tourist visa can be obtained through Qatar Airways.
