Visa requirements for business

1. Passport:

Original passport holders must have a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their planned travel date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

1. a) A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
2. b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).
3. c) If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferable.
4. Visa Application Form for Russia: 

The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

3. Photo requirements: 

Two recent passport-sized photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

4. Covering-Letter: 

A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Russian Embassy in Dhaka.

5. Invitation Letter: 

Original and copy of the Russian Federation’s Federal Migration Service’s Invitation for Entry. The invitation will be organized in the Russian Federation by inviting a person, a business partner, or an educational institution. Copies are not taken into account. Those wanting to visit Russia for tourism purposes should provide originals of Tourist Voucher and Confirmation of Receiving a Foreign Tourist obtained from a Russian Travel Agency registered with the Russian Federation’s Consular Department.

6. Forwarding-Letter: 
7. On the applicant’s company letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, reason, and duration of visit.
8. A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

7. Occupation Proof:

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor, 

1. Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
2. Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.
3. Financials: 
4. Company or personal bank statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.
5. Pay slip for the previous six months. (If applicable)

9. Make a reservation for a plane ticket and a hotel room.
