Tunisia Business Visa

REQUIREMENTS FOR A BUSINESS VISA

1. Travel document:

a) Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.
b). bring all Copies of previous passports and visas issued. If you any have.
c). if any old passport. Attach all your old passports. The applicants have to provide a photocopy of their passports with the first & last page.
d) If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by the authorities of that country should be provided.

2. Visa Application Form for Tunisia:

One completed and signed visa application form.

3. Photographic Specifications:

Two recent passport-size photographs with a matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80% face coverage, a light background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
Please keep in mind that photographs should not be older than three months, should be scanned/stapled, and should not have been used in any previous visas.

Covering Letter from the applicant (on plain paper) duly stamped and sealed, stating the applicant’s name,, passport number, designation purpose, and duration of visit, and signed by an authorized signatory. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Tunisian Embassy in New Delhi.

5. Letter of Recommendation:

Letter/NOC from the applicant on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose of visit, and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Tunisian Embassy in New Delhi.

Letter of Invitation:
The business Tunisia host/ organization provides the invitation letter. The organization confirms the purpose and letterhead stating the purpose of the visit of the trip and the duration. Travel should be explicitly mentioned.
The inviter ID card also needed to provide.
Letter of Recommendation also needed from a Recognized Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh.

7. monetary:

Bank statement for the previous six months, complete with bank seal and stamp.

Ticket number eight:

Round-trip Air Ticket Purchased.

Please keep in mind:

a. A copy of the applicant’s certified identity document with a photo. (Identification card or driver’s license)

b. The application must be submitted no later than ten days before departure.

c. All documents must be copied once.

d. All documents, including a copy of the passport, must be scanned and sent to the embassy via email (tunisiaembassy@airtelmail.in) (in one PDF file no larger than 3MB), received, for vis processing documents will be submitted physically in the embassy. It is recommended that email be sent a day before the submission date.
