Uzbekistan Business Visa Requirements

1. Form of Visa Application:

Visa applications must be submitted online at http://evisa.mfa.uz/evisa en/. The applicant must print and sign the form.
There must be two copies submitted.

2. Travel document:
genuine passport with at least a year’s validity, six months, and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

Please keep in mind:

a. A photocopy of all the pages of the passport that have been used

b. Include all of your previous passports (if any)

3. Photographic Specifications:

Two recent passport-sized photos should be printed on 35mm*45mm matte finish paper with a white background.

4. Covering letter: 

A cover letter from the applicant outlining his role in the organization, the purpose of the trip, and who will bear the expenses. The Visa Office should be addressed in the letter. at the Uzbek Embassy in New Delhi. (The cover letter will be printed on plain paper.)

5. Letter forwarded:

A letter from the company’s legal representative states his name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will bear the expenses. The letter should be addressed to the following individuals: The Visa Officer, Uzbekistan Embassy in New Delhi. (Typed on company letterhead)

6. Invitation Letter:

The related Uzbekistan organization should issue an invitation letter mentioning the visitor’s recognition and taking responsibility for the visitor, along with the Telex/Fax number. (The original copy is preferred, but an email version is acceptable as well.)

7. Finances:

Original personal bank statement for the previous six months, signed and stamped by the bank.

8th. Occupational Suitability:

Two copies of the visitor’s/official identity card are required.

9. Hotel Reservations:

A copy of the hotel reservation will be required.

Ticket number ten:

Itinerary of Tickets in Detail :
(booked air ticket).

Visa applications that are incomplete will not be accepted. An applicant may be required to attend a personal interview. If a person’s application for an entry visa to Uzbekistan is denied, the Consular Section of the Embassy has the right to refuse to provide an explanation.
