Venezuela Tourist Visa

1. At the time of your request, you must have a valid passport that is valid for at least six (6) months.
2. A letter from the company stating the position held, the purpose of the visit, the responsibility for travel expenditures, as well as the name and address of the visa holder’s contact in Venezuela.
3. The company’s profile and commercial registration.
4. The Chamber of Commerce’s original letter
5. An original letter of invitation from the company with whom the visa applicant will do business in Venezuela.
6. Commercial Registry and RIF of Venezuelan Companies
7. A letter from a bank validating the account’s opening date and proper handling (quarterly bank statements are necessary)
8. A photocopy of the round-trip ticket or itinerary is required.
9. A current 3×3 color snapshot on a white backdrop; NOT SCANNED.
10. One (1) color image with a white backdrop in JPG format (70KB maximum disk capacity, 400 MP maximum width, 600 MP maximum resolution, stored on a CD or Pen-Drive).
11. Print the Visa Application Form, fill it out completely, and sign it.
12. The Consular Fee (US$60.00) must be paid in cash and in the precise amount in Rupees at the bank designated by the Consular Office after approval. Cheques and wire transfers are not accepted forms of payment.

**NOTES

1. DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF TRAVEL.
2. All letters and declarations must be ORIGINALS, written on company letterheads and signed by the author.
3. At the Consular Office, you can deposit your bank slip.
4. The candidate may be contacted for an interview.
5. After the application is approved and the consular costs are paid, the visa is processed within 48 hours.
6. Document reception: Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
