Afghanistan Tourist Visa

Afghanistan Application Form for VISA:

1. Applicants should fill and also sign The VISA application form.

Passport:

1. Original Passport with minimum six months validity after the intended departure date and minimum two blank pages of Passport for stamp of visa .
2. a)  previous passports Copy of and issued visas .
3. b) All of your old passports should be Attached (if any) .
4. c) If there is any visa request was refused, details of original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.

Photos Specification:

1.  with matt or semi-matt finish, recent passport size photographs(2) minimum 60-80% face coverage, white background and there should not any border Size: 35mm x 45mm
2.  Note: Photograph must not be more than three months ago, scanned/stapled and must not be used in any of your previous all VISAS.

Cover-Letter:

1. Cover Letter should have from name of applicant , Passport Number, designation, , purpose and outlining who will take responsibility for the full costs of the trip – such as accommodation, travel, , expenses etc. 
2. Send to The Visa Officer in Embassy of Afghanistan, Dhaka.

Invitation Letter:

1. A letter of invitation from the person/organization you are visiting in Afghanistan. (If Any)

Forwarding-Letter:

1. a) Forwarding Letter / NOC need from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head pad stating applicant’s name, passport number, designation, purpose and duration of visit Afghanistan.
2. b) Visa request letter need from the educational institute and student card/evidence of school enrollment (if student)

Proof of Occupation:

1. a) certificate of Company registration (original notarized with English translation and photocopy of the original copy) if the applicant is travelling first time.
2. b) Office ID card copy & Visiting cards also needed.

Financials:

1. a) last six months Company’s or Personal Bank Statement the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number must be mentioned clearly.
2.  b) (If Any) The last six months Salary slip. 

Ticket & Hotel Reservation:

1. Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Booking.
