Albania Tourist Visa

Passport:

1. Original Passport with minimum six months validity after the intended departure date and minimum two blank pages of Passport for stamp of visa .
2. a)  previous passports Copy of and issued visas .
3. b) All of your old passports should be Attached (if any) .

Visa Application Form:

          Applicants should fill and also sign The VISA application form and all info with block letter.

Photos Specification:

1.  with matt or semi-matt finish, recent passport size photographs(2) minimum 60-80% face coverage, white background and there should not any border Size: 35mm x 45mm

Covering-Letter:

1. Cover Letter should have from name of applicant , Passport Number, designation, , purpose and outlining who will take responsibility for the full costs of the trip – such as accommodation, travel, , expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer of Albanian High Commission in China. In Visa Category: “Tourist Visa” must be mentioned in the subject line.
2. Trip Detail:

 trip itinerary of Day by day or tour voucher from an authorized tour operator is needed.

a) passport’s copy showing the entry and legal stay of the foreign citizen in Albenia of application at the time for visa.

b) where he applies for a visa, Documentation that proves the tourism purposes of the foreigners in the country 

c) the license Certified photocopy of the Albanian tourist agency which is invited the group of foreign tourists;

d) warranty Statement for the group of tourists.

Proof of Occupation:

1.  Forwarding Letter / NOC need from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head pad stating applicant’s name, passport number, designation, purpose and duration of visit Albania.

If self-employed/businessman,Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum 

Office ID card copy/ Visiting card needed 3 copies

1. Financials:

for last 6 months Original copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number must be mentioned clearly with authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

If self-employed/businessman, Company Bank Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly

1. Ticket:

 as per your travel period, Ticket Itinerary

1. Hotel Reservation:

as per your travel period, Hotel booking 

Medical/Health Requirement:

covering the entire travel period, Overseas Travel Health Insurance .

FAMILY VISIT VISA REQUIREMENT:

Resident Permit Copy or Passport copy needed

 For Proof of Residence: Tenancy agreement/utility bill copy.

Note: PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING THE ALBANIAN VISA 

All the documents must be submitted for obtaining an Albanian visa must be translated in Albanian and certified by a relevant authority.
