Business Visa Requirements

1. Passport:

 please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended date of departure and get your previous passports .bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.

2. Photo:

Two recent passport size photographs,

With matt or semi-matt.

Photographs should be white background, without border,

60-80% face coverage, (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

3. Visa Application Form:

Visa application form must be filled with the required information in black color ink. Colorful ink such as blue or red will not be accepted. Must use block letter have to fill-up the form.

4. Covering-Letter:

The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned the who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses addressed to visa officer , Algerian High Commission.

5. Invitation Letter:

the business organization provides the invitation letter. The organization confirms the purpose of the trip and the duration. Travel should be explicitly mentioned.

The inviter ID card also needed to provide.

6. Proof of Occupation:

The letter with the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, duration, sponsorship, etc. It’s a letter from the office with NOC/LOI letter. It is addressed to “Visa Consular, Algeria High Commission,  Visiting card (3 copies).

Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum (If self-employed/businessman)

 you should provide Office ID card copy/ Visiting card (3 copies)

7. Financials:

The genuine copy of the bank statement for the last six months mentions the bank name, telephone number, and authorized seal and signature. (e-statement is not acceptable) if the employer sponsors the trip by the employer, the employer’s bank statement for the last six months and telephone number should mention clearly. the genuine copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement for last 6 months.

8. Ticket:

Ticket Itinerary & Hotel Booking.

9. Hotel Reservation:

Hotel booking as per your travel period..

10. Medical/Health Requirement:

1. Medical/Health Requirement: in the whole entire period  when it comes to medical or health requirements the overseas travel health insurance cover it  up .
