Passport:

Original Passport with minimum six months validity after the intended departure date and minimum two blank pages of Passport for stamp of visa .
a) previous passports Copy of and issued visas .
b) All of your old passports should be Attached (if any) .

Visa Application Form:

Applicants should fill and also sign The VISA application form and all info with block letter and black ink .

Photo:

with matt or semi-matt finish, recent passport size photographs(2) minimum 60-80% face coverage, white background and there should not any border Size: 35mm x 45mm

Covering-Letter:

Cover Letter should have from name of applicant , Passport Number, designation, , purpose and outlining who will take responsibility for the full costs of the trip – such as accommodation, travel, , expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer of Algeria High Commition . Visa Category:in the subject line “Tourist Visa” must be mentioned .

Trip Detail:

trip itinerary of Day by day or tour voucher from an authorized tour operator is needed.

Proof of Occupation:

Forwarding Letter / NOC need from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letter head pad stating applicant’s name, passport number, designation, purpose and duration of visit Albania.

Addressing “Visa Consular, Albanian High Commission,China”

If self-employed/businessman,Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum

Office ID card copy/ Visiting card needed 3 copies

Financials:

for last 6 months Original copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number must be mentioned clearly with authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

If self-employed/businessman, Company Bank Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly

Ticket:

Ticket Itinerary as per your travel period

Hotel Reservation:

as per your travel period,Hotel booking

10.Medical/Health Requirement:

covering the entire travel period, Overseas Travel Health Insurance .

VISA INSTRUCTIONS:

before filling out the application form in duplicate, Please read carefully the instructions :

1 . Please Answer all the questions on the application sencerly form and fill out all the sections of the form. For example,give your parents full names if they are deceased, . Do not write “Deceased” and do not leave the section blank.

2 . please attach two standard passport-size photos (glued or stapled)and Remember to submit your passport when you apply for a visa . Photos must be recent,of the same batch, frontal-view, untouched, and showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind,taken on white background except for prescription eyewear.

3. Original Passport with minimum six months validity after the intended departure date and minimum two blank pages of Passport for stamp of visa .previous passports Copy of and issued visas

4 . The applicant must give original sign-in Both forms

5 . No hand written will be accepted.The applications should be filled on-screen only.

6 . It is required Complete documentation . It may delay the processing time Incomplete documentation or neglect to include a document or to fill out the forms correctly and these may be returned back to the applicant.

7 . if prior agreement by Algerian authorities is required, Processing of an application may be delayed, Furthermore, the Embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documentation from any applicant. if there is delay in the processing of the visa application., it is not the responsibility of the Embassy

8 . Applicants must make travel arrangements to Algeria based on the date of entry written on their visa.

9 . In case of a change in travel plans, applicants must apply for a new visa.Applicants must not arrive in Algeria before that date; they will not be allowed to enter.
