Australia Tourist Visa

This is a basic visa document checklist based on the assigned embassy/visa office. You can add other supporting papers dependent on your nature and purpose of travel/visa category to increase your chances of getting a visa. 1) Passport: a. An original passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the anticipated departure date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

1. A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
2. Include all of your previous passports (if any).
3. If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferable.

2) Australia Visa Application Form: The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

3) Photo requirements: two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white background, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

4) Forwarding-Letter: a) On the employer’s letterhead, a forwarding letter/NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.

1. b) A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

5) Proof of Occupation: a) If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

1. b) Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards

6) Financials: a) Company or personal bank statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.

1. b) Pay stub for the previous six months (If Any).

7) Ticketing and Hotel Reservations: Ticketing and Hotel Reservations.

Visa Requirements for Family Visits:
