Azerbaijan Business Visa

1. Passport: a) An original passport valid for at least six months beyond the anticipated departure dateand time and has at least two blank pages for visa stamping.
2. b) A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
3. c) Include all of your previous passports.
4. Application for a Visa:

the application form (which must be hard copy and filled out online) must be supplied.

5. a) Two passport-sized color pictures (3x4cm, white background) that correspond to biometric identification criteria
6. b) 60-80% facial coverage, light backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
7. Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the application that includes the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and a statement about who will be liable for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Azerbaijani Embassy in New Delhi. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

9. a) A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of travel, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. “Visa Consular, Embassy of Azerbaijan, India” is the address.
10. b) Copies of the office ID card and the visitor’s card (3 copies)
11. c) Trade license / Certificate of Incorporation & Memorandum (for business person)

7. Invitation Letter: a) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan must authorize a letter of invitation from the inviting business organization (letter is valid only for one month) The date of travel should be specified.
8. b) A copy of the applicant’s and Inviter’s email communication (Recommended)
9. Financials: a) Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.
10. b) Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number. (If the trip is paid for by the company)

9. Airline: Ticket Itinerary for the date of travel.
10. Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation according to your vacation dates.
11. Health Insurance: a) To cover the costs of repatriation, urgent medical assistance, and/or urgent hospitalization – For single and double entry visa holders – for the duration of their stay in Azerbaijan.
12. b) For multiple entry visas, a statement covering the initial stay in Azerbaijan as well as a completed statement for future trips is required.
13. c) The smallest sum covered must be at least Euro 30,000.00.
14. Additional Requirements: a) For passport application and collection, the applicant must submit a notarized authorisation letter. Please leave the name of the authorized person blank.
15. b) A certificate stating that you have had an HIV test.
