Barbados Business Visa

Completed and signed application(s) form(s). (ONE APPLICATION FORM IS REQUIRED FOR EACH APPLICANT)

one (1) passport-sized picture

Copies of the passport’s outer cover and biometric page.

(AN ACTUAL PASSPORT IS REQUIRED ONLY IF THE APPLICANT WISHES FOR THE VISA TO BE ENDORSED IN THE PASSPORT.) THE VISA IS GIVEN IN THE FORM OF A LETTER AND ACCEPTED BY BARBADOS IMMIGRATION OFFICERS AT THE PORTS OF ENTRY AND AT THE AIRLINE CHECK-IN COUNTER.

Certificates of Birth and Marriage (where applicable)

Cover letter sent to the ‘Chief Immigration Officer,’ with return address, phone number, fax number, and email address, describing the objective of the visit, intended date of entrance, and duration of visit.

A copy of the letter of appointment (for persons attending US Embassies)

A letter of employment; a letter from a school, college, or institution

Proof of status in the adopted nation, such as a Work Permit, Student Visa, or Residence Permit, must be duplicated and supplied for those who live in a country other than their birth country.
