- Tourist Visa Requirement
1) Passport: a. An original passport that really is valid for at least 6 months beyond the anticipated departure date which has at least 2 different blank pages for visa processing.
- Make a copy of all of your previous passports and visa papers.
2) Visa Application Forms: Two Visa Application Forms, filled out in block letters and black ink exclusively, with all needed information.

3) Photographs: a. Two current passport-size photos with a matte or semi-mat finish.
- Photographs must have a white backdrop and no border.
- 60-80% covering on the face (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm)
4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the applicant detailing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to the Belarusian Embassy in New Delhi, India’s Visa Officer. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.
5) Invitation Letter: a. A letter from the inviting business organization stating the purpose and duration of the visit, sent to “Visa Consular,Belarussian embassy in New Delhi, India.” The date of travel should be specified. (if applicable)
- A copy of the Invitee’s ID card (if any)
6) Proof of Occupation Forwarding-Letter: a. A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, including the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, visit duration, sponsorship status, and so on. “Visa Consular, Belarus High Commission, India” is the address. ”
If self-employed/businessman, b. Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum
- Copies of the office ID card and the visitor’s card (3 copies)
7) Financial: An original copy of a bank statement (salary) or a personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
8) Airline: Confirmation of ticket purchasing for your trip date.
9) Hotel Reservation: Confirmation of your hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.
