Belize Business Visa

1. Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months further than the anticipated departure date and at least two empty pages for visa stamping is required.

* Make a list of all of your prior passports.

2. Visa Application Form: Use block letters and black ink exclusively to fill out the Visa Application Form with all needed details.

3.Two passport-size photos taken recently:

Photographs with a matte or semi-matt appearance should have a white backdrop and 60-80% face coverage without a border (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4.Covering-Letter: A letter from the applicant detailing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenditures. The Visa Officer, Belize Honorary Consulate, New Delhi, is the recipient of this letter. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

5. Invitation Letter: A letter from the inviting business organization, sent to “Belize Honorary Consulate in New Delhi, India,” confirming the purpose and duration of the visit. The date of travel should be specified. The visa category must be included in the subject line of the email (Recommended)
6. Financials: Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)
7. Ticket: Confirmation of your ticket for the date of your trip.
8. Hotel Reservation: Confirmation of your hotel reservation for the duration of your trip.
