Bosnia and Herzegovina Business Visa

Passport (valid for at least three months after the visa expires);

a completed Visa Application Form (please make no changes);

a passport-sized photograph

Supporting papers include an invitation letter, a fully paid hotel voucher, a three-month bank statement, travel insurance, and return flight tickets.

An authentic letter of open invite from a Bosnia and Herzegovina citizen or resident (or, in exceptional cases, a foreigner with a one-year or longer stay permit in Bosnia and Herzegovina for family reunion purposes only), or an original letter of invitation from a Bosnia and Herzegovina business partner or foreign business partner registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A sufficient quantity of funds to cover the costs of staying in Bosnia and Herzegovina and returning home or traveling to a third country.

Access to transportation and a financial incentive to return to one’s native country

Return trip ticket; OR additional documents proving a motivation and capacity to return to home country, such as an employment certificate, education enrollment certificate, and other document verifying social or professional position.
