Brazil Business Visa

1) Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the anticipated travel date. A photocopy of the first and final pages of each applicant’s passport is required.

2) Visa Application Form: Complete the Visa Application Form in English Capital Letters and sign it. Complete each question on the form and, if required, continue on a separate sheet.

3) Two recent passport-size pictures, matte or semi-matt, Photographs should have a white backdrop, no borders, and 60-80% face coverage (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the application that includes the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and a statement about who will be liable for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. To: The Visa Officer, Brazilian Embassy in New Delhi, India (Recommended).

5) Evidence of Occupation:

A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, indicating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and other information. “Visa Officer, Brazilian Embassy in New Delhi,India”

If you’re self-employed or a Company owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum.

Copy of office ID card/visiting card (3 copies).

6) Original Letter of Invitation from the Inviting Business Organization, stating the purpose and duration of the visit and sent to “Visa Consular, Embassy of Brazil, New Delhi, India.” The date of travel should be specified. Invitation letters from Brazilian companies must also be notarized.

7) Financials: Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).

Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if the trip is sponsored by the employer).

8) Airline: Ticket Itinerary for the date of travel.

9) Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation according to your vacation dates.

10) Trip Itinerary: A trip itinerary that includes a day-by-day travel schedule.

11) Police clearance: Bangladeshi nationals must have a police clearance certificate.

12) Utility Bill: Two (2) copies of the most recent utility bill from the previous month are required.

Additional papers may be requested based on the applicant’s profile, travel history, and purpose/nature of visit.
