Brunei Darussalam Business Visa

Authentic passport having a validity of at least 6 months beyond the anticipated travel date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

1. a) A copy of any prior passports or visas that have been issued.
2. b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).
3. c) If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferable.

Visa Application Form for Brunei Darussalam:

The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

Specifications for the photograph:

Two current passport photos with a matte or semi-matt texture, 60-80% facial coverage, a white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any prior visas.

Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the whole trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Brunei Darussalam Embassy, Dhaka

Invitation Letter: Sponsor’s Invitation Letter (to be authenticated/statutory by the Brunei Court) (if Any)

Forwarding-Letter: a)On the firm’s letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.

b)A letter from the educational establishment requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, proof of occupation: a) Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

1. b) Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards

Financials: a) Company or personal bank statement for the last six months with bank solvency, explicitly stating the bank’s name and telephone number.
