Bulgaria Tourist Visa

1) Passport: Passports must be valid for at least three months beyond the scheduled departure date from Bulgaria. All candidates must submit a photocopy of the first and last pages of their passports.

2) Visa Application Form: Completed and signed Visa Application Form in English Capital Letters. Answer each question on the form, and if required, continue the question on a separate sheet.

3) Photo: Three Visiting Cards and two passport-size color pictures (3x4cm, white backdrop).

Face coverage ranges from 60% to 80%, with a light backdrop and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the applicant detailing his or her name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the whole cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. “Bulgaria High Commission, New Delhi, India” is the address. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

5) Proof of Occupation: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of travel, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. Addressing the Visa Officer at the Bulgarian Embassy in New Delhi.

6) Letter of Invitation:

1. Letter of invitation from the inviting company/family/friend in Bulgaria, including the address and phone number of the invitee.
2. A copy of the invitee’s passport or a copy of their resident ID card

7) Financials: Original copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number.

8) Airline: Ticket Itinerary for the date of travel.

9) Hotel Reservation: Make a hotel reservation according to your vacation dates.

10) Trip Itinerary: A trip itinerary that includes a day-by-day travel schedule.

11) Medical Requirements: A valid medical insurance policy valid for all EU member states for the duration of the trip, covering all expenditures for repatriation, urgent medical care, and emergency hospital treatment for the duration of the visa. The insurance sum must be at least 30 thousand euros.
