- Business Visa Requirement
1) Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the planned travel date and at least two empty pages for visa stamping is required.
- A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
- Include all of your previous passports (if any).
- If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferred.
2) Visa Application Form for Czech Republic: The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.
3) Photo requirements: o current passport-sized photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.
4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Czech Republic Embassy, Dhaka
5) Letter of Invitation: (If Any)
6) Letter forwarded:
- On the firm’s letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.
- A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)
7) Occupation Proof:
If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor, a. Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
- Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.
