Denmark Business Visa Requirements

1) Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the planned travel date and at least two empty pages for visa stamping is required.

  1. A copy of any previous passports or visas that have been issued.
  2. Include all of your previous passports (if any).
  3. If a visa request is denied, the information of the original letter sent by the country’s authorities are preferred.

2)Visa Application Form for Denmark: The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

3) Photo requirements: a. Two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

  1. Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

4) Covering-Letter: A covering letter from the application detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be responsible for the entire trip’s costs, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Danish Embassy in Dhaka

5) Letter of Invitation: (If Any)

6) Letter forwarded:

  1. On the firm’s letterhead, a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority specifying the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.
  2. A letter from the educational institution requesting a visa or a student card/proof of school enrolment (if student)

7) Proof of Occupation: a. If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

  1. Copies of the office ID card and visitor cards.

8) Financials: a. Company or personal bank statement within the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.

  1. Pay stub for the previous six months. (If applicable)

Passport pick-up times are from 15:00 to 16:00 p.m. (Sundays through Thursdays)

Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m.

Processing Time: The total processing time is estimated to be 10 to 15 working days (time may vary based on the applicant’s profile and how quickly the embassy processes the application).
