Djibouti Business Visa

1) Authentic passport with at least two blank pages (back to back) for visa stamping and a validity of more than six months. All of your old passports should be attached (if any)

1. Completed and signed application paperwork by the applicant. To obtain a copy of the Visa Application Form, click here.
2. Three passport-sized colored pictures taken recently with a light background and an 80 percent face cover on matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm)

2) Transmitting Letter from applicant on corporate letterhead, detailing his name, designation, passport number, reason for visit, and period of stay, and addressed to authorized signatory with company stamp. Address the letter to the Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti in New Delhi.

3) Send an invitation On its letterhead, a letter from the Djibouti host / inviting company should state the goal of the trip and the length of stay, and it should be officially signed with the signatory’s name and designation.

1. Obtaining a copy of the company’s license (patente)/registration copy
2. Yellow fever vaccination card
3. A copy of the ticket
4. Hotel Reservations

4) Please note that prior Ministry of Interior permission is necessary.
