According to the designated embassy/visa office essential checklist for visa documents needed,  

you may add other supporting documents to get a higher chance of visa. Usually, it’s based on your purpose of travel/visa type. So-way Tours & Travels will Provides Consultancy Service.

(1) Passport:

a) Please bring your original passport with a minimum of six-month validity after the intended departure date and get your previous passports. Bring a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.

b). if any old passport. Attach all your old passports. The applicants have to provide a photocopy of their passports with the first & last page.

c) If a visa request is denied the original letter issued by the authorities of that country should be provided.

2) France Visa Application Form:

One visa application form is printed back to back, duly filled, and signed by the Applicant. An additional application form needs to be filled and attached with the Visa form.

  1. Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas.

4) Covering-Letter:

a. The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses addressed to – Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of France, Dhaka. Category must be mentioned in the subject line

Letters from the Applicant, including the Applicant’s Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose, travel, accommodation, expenses. The Applicant’s company authority Forwarding Letter / NOC from on the company’s letterhead stating the duration of the visit.

b. in case if you are a student then u will need a letter from your educational institute or you will need a student card or evidence of school enrollment .its a visa request letter.

(7)Proof of Occupation:

  1. a) first-time traveler or a proprietor while travel needed Company registration certificate must be original and notarized in English translated and photocopy of the original.

    Appointments are necessary at the Visa section:
    Because of the enhanced number of applications, the current wait time for an appointment with this Embassy’s visa section is three weeks, as visas take one week to process from the date of application. Applicants are inspired to schedule an appointment and plan ahead of time as soon as possible.
    Fingerprints must be collected because the French Embassy issues biometric visas. Each applicant must apply in person after a Mandatory Appointment. There are two methods for making an appointment, depending on the type of visa you used for.
