Gambia Tourist Visa

1. Passport:

   Genuine passport with a validity period of six months beyond the intended departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

   Previous passports and visas must be copied.
   Include copies of all previous passports.

    

    

   2.Application for a Visa:

   The Visa Application Form must be completed and signed. To obtain a visa application form, click here.

   3.Photo:

   two recent passport-size photos,

   Photographs should have a matt or semi-matt finish, a white background, no border, and 60-80 percent face coverage (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Covering-Letter:

Cover letter from applicant including name, designation, passport number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the entire cost of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on. To: The Visa Officer, Gambia High Commission, India The subject line must include the Visa Category.

5.Trip Specifics:

A day trip itinerary or a tour voucher from a licensed tour operator.

6.Proof of Occupation:

1. a) first-time traveler or a proprietor while travel needed Company registration certificate must be original and notarized in English translated and photocopy of the original.
2. b) Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.

7.Forwarding
-Letter: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and so on. “Visa Officer, Gambia High Commission, New Delhi, India.”
Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum (if self-employed/businessman)
Copy of an official ID card/visiting card (3 copies)

8.Financials:

• The genuine copy of the bank statement for the last six months mentions the bank name, telephone number, and authorized seal and signature. (e-statement is not acceptable) if the employer sponsors the trip by the employer, the employer’s bank statement for the last six months and telephone number should mention clearly. the genuine copy of Bank Statement (salary)/ Personal bank statement for last 6 months

  9.Itinerary for Tickets:

  Itinerary for round-trip air tickets based on your travel dates.

  Reservation of a Hotel:

  Hotel reservations are based on your travel dates.

  Vaccination for Yellow Fever:

  A valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, in its original form.
