Passport:

Genuine passport with a validity period of six months beyond the intended departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.Previous passports and visas must be copied.Include copies of all previous passports.

Application for a Visa:

Photo:

four recent passport-sized photographs,Photographs should have a matt or semi-matt finish, a white background, no border, and 60-80 percent with face coverage (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Covering-Letter:

The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned the who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses addressed to visa officer High Commission of Ghana, New Delhi, India

Invitation Letter:

Original Invitation Letter with Courier Envelope from Inviter mentioning “an undertaking that the host will ensure that the visitor fully complies with Ghana’s immigration laws.” Emailing or scanning a copy of the invitation letter is not acceptable.

Phone number include your proof of reference in ghana and address all of that’s documents needed.minimum two references are required for online applications.)

Proof of Occupation:

Letters from the Applicant, including the Applicant’s Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose, travel, accommodation, expenses. The Applicant’s company authority Forwarding Letter / NOC from on the company’s letterhead stating the duration of the visit Addressing “Visa Officer, High Commission of Ghana, New Delhi, India.”

Office ID card copy & Visiting cards.(3 copies) needed.

Financials:

the genuine copy of bank statement (salary)/personal bank statement for the previous 6 months clearly mentioning the bank’s name, telephone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)Employer Company’s Bank Statement for the previous six months, clearly mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number.
