Passport:
- applicant needs the most recent passports copies of (all pages), including visas and endorsements.
(Original Passport must be shown at the time of submitting visa application)

HK (SAR China)- Application for a Visa:
The applicant must sign the application forms ID1003A and ID1003B. A visa application form is also available at the following website: Please visit this page. Form – ID1003B must be filled out by the sponsor with their signature and seal, a copy of their Hong Kong identity card, or by the applicants with the information from their Hong Kong invitation letter.The applicant must complete and sign Form – ID520 (Applicant’s Family Background). Letter of authorization (Must be filled and signed by the applicant).ÂTwo recent passport-size photographs with 60-80 percent face coverage, a white background, and no border are required (Size: 35mm x 45mm) - Covering-Letter:Cover letter from the applicant outlining the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire expenses of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on.Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Hong Kong (SAR China) Embassy, Dhaka
- Invitation Letter:Â Invitation letter from a company in Hong Kong stating the purpose of the visit, the length of stay, the number of visits required, and accepting responsibility for the applicant’s repatriation.
- Forwarding-Letter:
a) A letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation purpose and longevity of visit.
b) A visa request letter from the educational institute or a student card/proof of enrollment in school (if student) - Forwarding-Letter:

The Chinese Embassy is only authorized to issue certain types of visas for Hong Kong.
Applicants must apply for a visa at the Immigration Office in Hong Kong. An applicant may select either of the two processes listed below:
Process 1:Â An applicant can submit a copy of their passport and all of the required documents listed below to Dragon Airlines and pay the applicable fees. They will submit your application for visa approval to the Hong Kong Immigration Department. When the visa is approved, immigration will send the applicant a visa sticker. An applicant can fly to Hong Kong using this visa.
Process 2:Â An applicant obtains immigration approval in Hong Kong through the Host Company or Tour Operators. They must apply to the Immigration Department on behalf of the applicant and pay the fee. Both processes take at least 35 days to complete.
