Hungary Business Visa

1. Passport: An original passport valid for at least six months after the intended date of departure .bring your passport with at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

a. Copies of previous passports and visas.

b. Include all of your previous passports (if any).

c. If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by the authorities of that country is preferred.

 

2. Hungary Visa Application Form: The applicant must complete and sign the visa application form.

 

3. Photo requirements: Two recent passport-size photos with a matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80 percent face coverage, a white background, and no borders (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Please keep in mind that photographs should not be older than three months, should be scanned/Previous visas should not have been stapled in any previous visas.

 

4. Covering-Letter:

 

Covering letter from the applicant outlining the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire expenses of the trip – travel, lodging, expenses, and so on.

 

Addressed to: The Visa Officer, German Embassy in Dhaka.

Letter of Invitation: (If Any)

6. Letter of Recommendation:

 

a. A letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation,  and duration purpose of the visit.

b. Letter of request for a visa from the educational institute or student card/proof of school enrollment (if student)

 

7. Occupation Proof:

 

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, he or she must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

b) Copies of the office ID card and visiting cards

 

8. Finances:

a) Company or personal bank statement for the last six months mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number.

b) Salary slip for the previous six months (If applicable)

 

9. Itinerary for Tickets and Hotel Reservations:

 

Itinerary for round-trip airline tickets and a copy of the hotel reservation
