- Tourist Visa Requirement
1. Travel documentation:
Please bring your original passport with a minimum validity of six months after your intended departure date, as well as your previous passports. Bring two blank pages for stamping your visa.
a) Photocopies of previous passports and visas
b) Include all previous passports (if any).
c) If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by that country’s authorities is preferred.
d) Include a minimum of three blank pages.
2. Visa Application Form:
The application form must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

Two recent passport-size photographs, matt or semi-matt, are required.
Photographs should have a white background and no borders.
3.60-80% of the faces have a white background and are unframed (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
It should be noted that recent photos should be no more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and have not been used in any previous visas.
3.Covering Letter:
A cover letter outlining the purpose of the visit as well as the itinerary.
4. Invitation Letter/Tour plan:
A letter of invitation from a host/company in the visiting country is required for a business visit. A tour voucher or a detailed itinerary for the intended trip is required for a tourist visa. A tour voucher from an authorized travel agency is required for a tourist visa.
5. Travel medical visa insurance: Confirmation of coverage of at least 30,000 € throughout the entire Schengen area. The policy’s validity period must be clearly stated, and it must cover the entire duration of the trip, including arrival and departure dates.
6. Letter of Recommendation:
A letter of invitation from a host/company in the visiting country is required for a business visit. A tour voucher or a detailed itinerary for the intended trip is required for a tourist visa. A tour voucher from an authorized travel agency is required for a tourist visa.

8. Proof of Occupation:
If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor, they must provide a certificate of company registration (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

Marriage certificate, children’s birth certificates, and, if applicable, spouse’s death certificate
10. Financials:
a) Personal and business bank statements for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number..
b) Pay stubs for the last six months (If applicable)
11. Ticket and Hotel Reservations Itinerary:
Proof of lodging for the duration of the intended stay Round-trip airfare tickets with travel dates (return flights for courses less than 91 days in length) or an E-ticket
