1. Passport:

genuine passport with a minimum validity period of at least six months six months beyond the intended date of departure and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

a) Copies of previous passports and visas.

b) Include all of your previous passports (if any).

c) If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by the authorities of that country is preferred.

d) Include at least three blank pages.

2. Form of Visa Application:

A Visa Application Form must be completed and signed by the applicant.

3. Photo Specification:

1. Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas

The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses.

5. Invitation letter/tour itinerary:

In the case of a business visit, a letter of invitation from a host/company in the visiting country is required. A detailed invitation letter of the intended trip or a tour voucher from an authorized travel agency is necessary for a tourist visa

6. Travel medical visa insurance:

confirmation of minimum 30,000 € coverage within the entire Schengen area. The policy must clearly specify the period of validity and must cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival and departure..

7. Forwarding-Letter:

a)A letter from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.

b) A visa request letter from the educational institute or a student card/proof of enrollment in school (if student).

8. Occupation Proof:

If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor, he or she must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

9. Proof of citizenship:

Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, and, if applicable, death certificate of spouse

10. Financials:

a) Personal and company bank statements for the last six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and telephone number.

b) Salary slip for the previous six months (If applicable)

11. Itinerary for Tickets and Hotel Reservations:

Proof of lodging for the duration of the trip intended stays Round-trip air tickets with travel dates (with return flights for courses less than 91 days) or an E-ticket issued.
