- Tourist Visa Requirement
1
Passport: a) Please bring your original passport with at least six months validity after your intended departure date, as well as your previous passports. Bring at least three blank pages for visa stamps.
b) Bring all previous passports and visas issued if you have any.
c) If you have an old passport. Attach all of your previous passports. Applicants must submit a photocopy of their passports, including the first and last pages.
d) If a visa request is denied, the original letter issued by that country’s authorities must be provided.
2. Form of Visa Application:
One visa application form is printed back to back, filled out completely, and signed by the Applicant.

3. Photo Specification:
- Two recent passport-size photographs, with matt or semi-matt.
- Photographs should be white background, without border,

Note: recent photos should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not be used in any previous visas.
4. Covering-Letter:
The cover letter form from an applicant included the applicants’ name, passport number, designation, the purpose for the trip. Also mentioned who will take responsibility for all costs such as trip cost accommodation and other expenses
5. Invitation letter/tour itinerary:
The business organization provides the invitation letter. The organization confirms the purpose of the trip and the duration. Travel should be explicitly mentioned.
The inviter ID card also needed to provide.
6. Travel medical visa insurance:
Confirmation of coverage of at least 30,000 € throughout the entire Schengen area The policy’s validity period must be specified in detail. It must cover the whole duration of the trip, including arrival and departure dates.
7. Recommendation Letter:
a)A letter from the on company letterhead applicant’s company authority stating the applicant’s name, passport number, designation purpose, and length of stay.
b) A letter from the educational institute requesting a visa or a student card/proof of enrollment in school (if student).
8. Proof of Occupation:
If the applicant is a first-time traveler or a sole proprietor, they must provide a company registration certificate (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

Marriage certificate, children’s birth certificates, and, if applicable, spouse’s death certificate

a) Personal and business bank statements for the previous six months, clearly stating the bank’s name and phone number.

10. Itinerary for Tickets and Hotel Reservations:
Proof of lodging for the entire duration of the intended stays Round-trip air tickets with travel dates (with return flights for courses less than 91 days) or an E-ticket issued.
