Lebanon Tourist Visa

1. Passport: 

An original passport with minimum 6 months validity beyond the anticipated travel date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping is required. All of your old passports and visas should be attached (if any)

2. Visa Application Form: 

The applicant must complete and sign both the application form and the checklist form.

3. Photographs: 

• two recent passport-size photos
• Finished in a matt or semi-matt finish,
• Photographs with a white backdrop and no border should be used.
• Face covering of 60-80 percent (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

4. Covering-Letter: 

A letter from the applicant detailing their name, designation, passport number, purpose, and who will be liable for the entire cost of the trip, including travel, lodging, and expenses. Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Lebanon’s Embassy in India, New Delhi. In the subject line, the visa category must be specified.

5. Invitation Letter: 

Invitation Letter from the Lebanese counterpart, clearly stating the invited person’s name, anticipated stay, and the purpose of the invitation.

• Passport/ID card copy/Residence permission card for the invitee (If foreign national residing).

6. Trip Details: 

Itinerary for each day of the trip or a tour voucher from a licensed travel operator.

7. Occupation Proof:

• Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office, such as a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad, detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status, and other pertinent information. Addressing to “Visa Officer, Embassy of Lebanon, New Delhi, India,” says the speaker.

• If you’re self-employed or a company owner, you’ll need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum.

• Copy of office ID card/visiting card (3 copies).

8. Financials: 

• Bank statement main copy (salary)/personal bank statement for the previous three months, clearly stating the bank’s name, phone number, and authorized bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).

• Company Bank Statement for the previous three months, explicitly stating the bank’s name and telephone number (if self-employed/entrepreneur).

9. Ticket: 

Confirmation of your air ticket booking for the date of your trip.

10. Hotel Reservation: 

Make a hotel reservation based on your journey schedule.
