- Tourist Visa Requirement
- Passport: An original passport with a validity of at least six months beyond the planned travel date and at least 2 blank pages for visa stamping is required.
- Photo requirements: Two recent passport-sized photos with a matt or semi-matt quality, 60-80% facial coverage, white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note that the photograph must be less than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.
- Financials: a) Enough funds to cover your living expenses while in the Maldives, such as cash, an international credit card, and so forth.
- Ticket Itinerary: Confirmed return ticket for onward travel back to the country of origin.
- Hotel Reservation: A hotel reservation for your stay in the Maldives that has been pre-paid.

Maldivian visas are offered at the airport and at land entry points in the Maldives. For the visa, you only need to provide your return air ticket, itinerary, and passport at the arrival counter. When tourists arrive and go, they must fill out disembarkation and embarkation cards.
