Mali Business Visa Requirement

1. Passport: 

An original passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the intended departure date and has at least two blank pages for visa stamps is required. All of your prior passports should be attached (if any)

2. Mali Visa Application Form: 

The applicant must complete and sign two visa application forms. (Photocopying is an option.)

3. Photo requirements: 

Two current passport-size colored images on a light backdrop with 80% face coverage on matt or semi-matt polished paper (35mm x 45mm).

Please note that the photograph must be no more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and not have been used in any previous visas.

4. Invitation Letter: 

An invitation letter from the host or hosting firm specifying the name, passport number, purpose of visit, expected date of visit, and other pertinent information in the case of a business visit.

5. Forwarding-Letter: 

The applicant must submit a forwarding letter on corporate letterhead that includes his name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. The letter should be delivered to the Visa Officer at the Embassy of the Republic of Mali in New Delhi.

6. Financials: 

• Last six months’ bank statements.
• Inviting the company’s annual report for the previous year.

7. Itinerary for tickets: 

Confirmed round-trip air tickets.

8. Hotel Booking: 

Confirmation of a hotel reservation or an invitation letter from a licensed travel operator

9. Medical/Health Requirement: 

Obtaining an original copy of the International Yellow Vaccination Certificate is required.

Important Note: Following the filing of the application, the Embassy may contact the applicant for an interview.

Special Instructions: All documents must be supplied in two copies: one original and one photocopy.
