Mauritania Business Visa

To apply for or bring to Mauritania for an on-arrival visa, you must have the following documents:

1. A fully completed Mauritania visa application form with all essential declarations.

2. Two current (2 x 2) passport photos in color, front view, with a plain/white background.

3. One copy of a valid national passport.

4. Original and one copy of a valid visa for everyone who is a foreign national.

5. A copy of your most recent bank statement.

6. One copy of your travel health insurance confirmation letter for Mauritania, specifying the policy coverage.

7. A forwarding letter on corporate letterhead from the applicant’s employer or sponsoring company, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held within the organization, and explicitly describing the purpose of the visit. The business letter must also state who would be financially liable for the application, as well as detailed contact information for the applicant in the host country.

8. A letter of recommendation from your educational institution for students.

9. One copy of proof of group travel/hotel room reservation in Mauritania/air ticket reservation in Mauritania.

10. Fees when applying for a Mauritanian visa.
